Job Description
The Contract Operations Manager for Middle East, Africa, Russia/CIS and Turkey (MART) (32 countries, 4 partners).
Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management in collaboration with the relevant functions
- Prepare, review and manage contracts/agreements and related documents (amendments, LOAs, …) with business partners, vendors and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of documents to defend the best interests of the company
Requirements
- Min. 8 years experience in similar role (ideally pharma / biotech industries and with distributor business)
- Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in other defined governance roles (Audit, GxP)
- Experience with contracts, policy and procedure drafting and management
- Expertise in steering, coordination and improvement of procedures & processes
- Competence and seniority to design and manage process implementation, complex projects and change management
