Job Description

Being part of the Clinical Data Management function, this Business Analyst role is fully focused on medical data collection and partners with external and internal stakeholders (external vendors, investigational sites, Field Clinical Organization and other clinical functions) to identify, setup and enable new or existing sources of data to meet departmental and company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • As directed by the study team, identify opportunities, and provide support to identify, setup and enable existing or new clinical data capture workflows, including processes and systems.
  • Upon request, develop relationships and set up direct and indirect interactions between stakeholders (study team, vendors and clinical sites) and ensure that there is optimal communication flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the field team to understand current process at clinical sites, identify win-win opportunities and promote new workflow.
  • Support clinical data mapping activities according to the specifications and needs.
  • Develops deep understanding on the related therapies as well as the data collection workflows and specificities of each hospital & business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through informal conversation, meetings, participation in conferences).
  • Organize and attend face to face-to-face/remote meetings with vendors, personnel and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • May be asked to perform other Clinical Data Management duties as defined by the responsible manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical sciences or computer sciences
  • Great analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and non-verbal communications
  • Mid-level professional with wide-ranging experience and expertise in Clinical, Data Management, IT or other data-oriented roles.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written) and good working knowledge of other languages
  • Existing right to work in Europe
