About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced Senior Bioprocess Engineers to help lead manufacturing operations in microbial, mammalian, or BioConjugates production. If you're passionate about driving improvements, rolling out new systems like, and working hands-on in a collaborative environment-this is your opportunity to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations in upstream, downstream, or BioConjugates manufacturing
  • Support tech transfers, material planning, and issue resolution
  • Drive SAP rollouts and update manufacturing documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key projects
  • Create and maintain training materials for production and logistics
  • Oversee clinical and commercial manufacturing processes
  • Optimize use of single-use and stainless-steel systems for protein or ADC production


Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Strong experience in biologics manufacturing-especially downstream.
  • Solid understanding of GMP.
  • Familiarity with MES systems and production logistics workflows.
  • Experience with documentation and supporting knowledge transfer
  • Strong communicator and team player with a structured, solution-focused mindset
