About the Role
Our client is looking for experienced Senior Bioprocess Engineers to help lead manufacturing operations in microbial, mammalian, or BioConjugates production. Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in upstream, downstream, or BioConjugates manufacturing
- Support tech transfers, material planning, and issue resolution
- Drive SAP rollouts and update manufacturing documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key projects
- Create and maintain training materials for production and logistics
- Oversee clinical and commercial manufacturing processes
- Optimize use of single-use and stainless-steel systems for protein or ADC production
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Strong experience in biologics manufacturing-especially downstream.
- Solid understanding of GMP.
- Familiarity with MES systems and production logistics workflows.
- Experience with documentation and supporting knowledge transfer
- Strong communicator and team player with a structured, solution-focused mindset
