We are looking for an Associate Technician QC Farma . Your responsibility will be to optimize and validate analytical methods and the tech transfer of methods from clients. This position involves both hands-on experiments, as well as documentation and analysis of results.
As an Associate Technician QC Farma you will construct methods for the qualification and validation of bio-pharmaceutical intermediates and medicinal products . The facility manufactures large quantities of API's via mammalian cell culturing.
You will be working closely with a team of experienced QC technicians, to support them in their needs. You are tasked with the documentation, analytical method transfer, training, and keeping up cGMP compliance.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supporting lab technicians in problem-solving for analytical activities.
- Tech transfer and SOP drafting compliant to GMP guidelines.
- Assist in establishing new study protocols for testing pharmaceutical investigational medicinal products (IMPs)
- Tracking progress of QC projects and handling of deviations.
- Supporting in technical discussions with customers.
- Possible introduction of new analytical techniques and assays
Requirements:
- Knowledge of techniques like HPLC and ELISA and other biochemical and chemical-physical methods.
Education:
- A completed BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field (e.g. biochemistry, analytical chemistry) Postgraduate experience is welcome, but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- You can easily translate laboratory procedures into precise and structured documentation.
- Knowledge of bio-pharmaceutical processes, cGMP and QC applications.
