As Associate Scientist within the USP department you will support the preparation and execution of scientific studies. You will be responsible for practical execution of experiments, support of data analysis and reporting main conclusions. Next to this you contribute in continuous improvement project to increase safety, efficiency in workflow and support of scientific projects.

Cultivation of mammalian bacterial cells, experiments will be performed in bioreactors or in a reduced-scale shaker flask model.
Working & reporting according to GCLP guidelines;
HLO/ BSc/MSc with 3 years of practical or MLO with 5 years of practical experience with mammalian, bacterial, or other cultivation techniques
Affinity with operational excellence;
A pro-active team worker who can work independently when needed;
PhD candidates are considered overqualified and will not be considered;
English and Dutch are considerd.
Valid Dutch work permit is a must;
Contract: 1 year via Oxford, realistic long- term perspective
Salary: €2600- €3500 gross monthly based on a full-time position
