Job Description
This position will offer support and training to the customers of our medical devices client on their diagnostic instruments.
Responsibilities
- Installations of diagnostic instruments with COVID tests & training of the customers on the use
- Training on Covid rapid tests if necessary
- Performing software updates on diagnostic instruments and running controls after that during June/July
- Arranging replacements when instruments are broken and installation of the replacements
Requirements
- First experience required
- Laboratory background preferred
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
