For one of our clients in Diegem we are looking for a part-time administrative assistant (3 days/week).

Job Description

We are looking for someone very efficient and dynamic, stress resistant, able to multitask and give pushback at some point. He or she will be having different people requesting things, and who dares to reach out to the manager for priority setting.

Responsibilities

  • General admin support to studies, CTMs, higher management, and overall departmental support
  • Making Purchase Orders and helping with invoicing/payment
  • Congress organization - logistical and other support
  • HCP meetings organization - logistical and other support
  • Departmental meetings organization - logistical and other support
  • Clinical Trainings organization - logistical and other support
  • Documents uploads - Windchill
  • Organizing team lunches, dinners and events

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English written and spoken, any other language is certainly an asset
  • You are efficient and dynamic
  • You are stress-resistant
  • You are good at multitasking
  • You are able to set the wright priorities
  • You can work independently
  • You are a fast learner with a real focus on the job

Benefits
