We are looking for a customer care specialist, who is excited about working on supply chain challenges, and has great communicative skills. You will be part of an international logistics and customer operations team that manages product flows, market replenishment, and service levels for regions outside Europe. This role focuses on coordinating supply activities, supporting local teams, and ensuring smooth delivery processes across multiple markets.

Job Description
In this position, you will manage operational activities related to customer supply and inter-company replenishment for assigned countries. You act as the main contact point for local supply chain teams, ensuring they have clear visibility on orders, deliveries, and stock levels. You monitor product availability, coordinate necessary shipping documentation, and help manage exceptions when issues arise. The role involves close cooperation with logistics partners, internal departments, and cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges and support efficient end‑to‑end operations. You will also follow up on deviations, handle customer queries, and contribute to improving processes within the supply chain organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main supply chain contact for assigned markets and manage order flows.
  • Provide updates on order status, deliveries, invoices, claims, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate documentation required for shipments, including pro forma invoices and compliance documents.
  • Support humanitarian, pre‑registration, and sample shipments.
  • Work with logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Report deviations, complaints, and claims and support root‑cause follow‑up.
  • Maintain customer master data, pricing, commercial conditions, and compliance information.
  • Monitor customer demand, manage unplanned requirements, and support short‑term planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and take ownership of implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, finance, regulatory, and commercial teams.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in international supply chain processes and commercial/regulatory interactions.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP or planning systems, preferably SAP or Rapid Response.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global multicultural team.


Benefits

  • Contract: 6 month temporary contract trough Oxford Global Resources
  • Employment: fulltime 40 hours weekly, minimum of 3 days on site
  • Salary: €3500 - €4500 gross monthly, based on experience.
