Job Description
As a Clinical Study Assistant, you will be providing remote support to sites in France/Germany or in France/Spain to help them collect additional study data to be in line with the latest regulations.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with site staff (email/phone) to have the necessary data collected in the case report forms.
- Check the correct implementation of the different tasks required by the regulation.
- Ensure that the data necessary for the protocol are collected by the investigator
- Ensure anonimity of the results
- Enter clinical data into the case report form and/or follow up that site staff is entering clinical data accurately
- Ensure sites are in line with the protocol/regulations
- Collaborate with CRAs and clinical Project Manager to ensure smooth data collection
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Languages: fluent in French and German OR French and Spanish
- Available for 2 days/week
- Communicative
- Able to work autonomous
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
- Good sense of quality and ethics
- Good interpersonal skills for interactions with investigators and/or their staff
