Overview:
Client is performing feasibility study to transform 2 departments into 1. It's a Chemical Plant manufacturing Paint therefore Experience Designing P&ID is critical.
A lot if work is around reusability of existing equipment to improve efficiency.

Scope of work:
* Project description: incorporating production from 2 departments into a single one, while increasing process efficiency and eliminating as much as possible
manual operations
* Study of possible solutions to implement the process improvement ideas
* Objective of maximizing the use of existing equipment to reach project goals
* First deliverable: flow chart diagram options to be discussed with PPG team for new process solutions
* Second deliverable: P&ID diagram and budget estimate +/- 50% for overall project
* Third deliverable: item list and description of requirements for electrical and civil works
* Excluded: detailed study for electrical and civil works (will be performed by our partners)
