Job Description
Our client is expanding its team and is looking for several Production Support workers to join them.
You will work in a GMP-regulated setting and play a vital role in ensuring production can run safely and efficiently. Extensive training and development opportunities are provided.
- Ensuring materials, equipment, and cleanrooms are sterilized and ready for production.
- Coordinating the flow of materials between different manufacturing areas.
- Performing cleanroom cleaning and preparation activities.
- Carrying out checks to maintain production readiness and compliance.
- Supporting manufacturing teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Reporting quality issues, deviations, and process irregularities.
- Maintaining accurate GMP documentation.
Profile
- MBO degree in a technical, scientific, logistics, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, biotech, pharma, food or another regulated industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Interest in science, healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
- Eager to learn GMP processes and cleanroom procedures.
- Good English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
