Job description
You are the direct manager for a team (~10 FTE) of process engineers and analysts. You are responsible for the coaching and HR-aspects of a managerial role, but are also an SME when it comes to the production processes. This team handles a lot of documentation and non-routine cases from Production and Quality. This team, and yourself, are involved with process improvements, tech transfers, changes, risk analysis, rout cause analysis, investigations, CAPAs, etc. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background as a process engineer (or similar title) and experience as a supervisor, team lead or manager. Besides acting as a bridge between quality and production, you are the point of contact for this department for other departments like supply chain, RA, or finance. You report to the Quality Director who can help with technical and HR-related queries.

- Take the lead in technical matters where needed
- Write and control documentation:
- Tech transfers, process improvements, changes, RCA, risk analysis, and more
Profile
- MSc degree in a relevant field
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device field (7+ years)
- Experience as a people manager
- Full working proficiency English
