Oxford's client is currently looking for a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join their team.
Schedule 40h/week
Onsite 50% in Kaufering - ideally located in Bavaria
- Responsible for the design and implementation of embedded software for IoT products
- Development of embedded software for networked devices and modules incl. development of the communication of the devices with the IoT Cloud with interfaces to mobile and web applications
- Specifying the requirements for new IoT solutions in accordance with the development process with the product owners and product managers
- Implement requirements for new IoT solutions together with solution architects and internal and external development teams
- Responsible for the product life cycle of IoT products
- Support and further development of the SW architecture and specification of interfaces
- Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science or SW engineering (Diploma, Master)
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in the design and implementation of embedded software, especially in the field of communication, security and IoT (micro controller, flash memory, I2C, UART, ...)
- Knowledge of common programming and scripting languages, C, C++, Python, ...
- Knowledge of agile SW development methods (Scrum, Kanban).
