Job Description

The Document Specialist ensures accurate management and control of production and quality documentation within a fast-paced laboratory and manufacturing setting. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, supporting batch release processes, and ensuring materials are correctly tracked and recorded. Working closely with production and quality teams, you'll help streamline documentation systems that uphold compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Work in morning, day, and night shifts
  • Manage and control documentation related to production, batches, and quality processes
  • Distribute controlled documents to relevant departments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Release and close production batches, ensuring all materials are properly allocated
  • Assist production and quality teams with document review and record management
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality and regulatory standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve document flow and system efficiency
  • Use digital tools such as Excel, Word, and Power BI to maintain and analyze records


Profile

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills for managing high document volumes
  • Experience working with tools such as Excel, Word, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under time pressure
  • Comfortable working in a shift-based environments
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environments is an advantage
  • Adaptable, reliable, and motivated to learn within a global company


Employment Conditions

  • Region: Paisley
  • Salary: £12.90 per hour
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours/week
  • Contract: 9 months with possibility of extension
