We are looking for a Customer QA Advisor to join our QA team. The team contributes to the alignment of working methodologies with suppliers. This position, located in Delft (Netherlands), focuses on continuous improvement and support in Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance. The position is essential in the context of business and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and food safety compliance of purchased materials, including ingredients, packaging, and service providers. The position involves effective management of supplier complaint processes, maintenance of relevant supplier information, and collaboration with stakeholders to challenge Standard Product Information.
Responsibilities
- Act as Key-contact for customer and business partners
- Build customer relations and collaborate with stakeholders
- Assure quality and food safety compliance
- Implement an effective supplier complaint handling process
- Review, approve, and maintain relevant supplier information
- Participate in projects for the selection and implementation of new raw materials
- Perform risk-based supplier audits and monitor and follow-up on audit results
Profile
- BSc - MSc level or equivalent (chemistry, food technology, microbiology, or a similar field)
- 2-4 years of Quality Assurance experience and auditing in the Food industry
- Expertise in Food Hygiene standards, HACCP systems, and basic knowledge of Halal and Kosher certification
- Affinity with food processing and technical knowledge of production processes
- Experience in communicating effectively with different organizational levels and external customers
