Job description
Our client is an innovative, dynamic and globally-active biotechnology company that develops and produces a wide range of products for the biopharmaceutical industry. Their protein analytics QC department is searching for an experienced supervisor to lead the team of technicians. You carry out appraisals and individual performance mentoring, and execute preparative activities and prepare detailed testing schedules. You support during audits and act as the SME with respect to the equipment and methods, and are also involved in the maintenance, validation and calibration of the equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the team of QC analysts
- Execute appraisals and individual performance mentoring
- Carry out preparative activities and preparations of detailed testing schedules
- Manage timelines and align shift tasks with supervisor team
- Responsible for appropriate training status, and GMP and safety compliance
- Support during (customer) audits
- Act as the SME with respect to the equipment and their maintenance, validation and calibration
Requirements
- HBO or Master's degree related to bio-pharmaceutical products
- Several years of experience on a (QC) lab
- Several years of experience working in under GMP regulations
- Experience with supervising a team
- Strong communicative skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
Benefits
- Contract: direct hire by our client, long term position
- Salary: ranging from €4000,- to €5500,- gross monthly depending on previous experience
