Job description:
We have an opening for the role of service engineer at our client, who is specialized in chromatographic and automated analysis equipment. As a service engineer you are responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment in Germany (on request also at other locations)
- Maintenance and repair of the laboratory equipment both internally and externally at customers' sites
- Providing customer training, both at customer locations worldwide and at the headquarters in Breda
- Customer advice on questions about solutions, causes and prevention of problems.
Requirements:
- Completion of education in (analytical) chemistry
- At least two years of experience in relevant work (preferably in instrumental analysis)
- Affinity with IT and Technology
- You are characterized by initiative, independence, confident demeanor, strong communication skills, teamwork and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to take numerous trips home and abroad
- Possession of a valid driving license (car driving license class B)
