For one of our clients, a pharma company located in the Walloon Brabant, we are urgently looking for a Senior QA Validation Consultant to come on board and join one of their team.
Job Description
The Senior QA Validation Consultant is part of the QA Operations for one Manufacturing Product Unit and ensures the QA oversight of the continuous validation activities for one vaccine bulk production unit.
Responsibilities
- You take part in the establishment, the implementation, the follow-up and the maintenance of the continuous validation plan (CVP)
- You define the validation strategies through the change control process (change control & MO notification)
- You write and implement some validation documentation (VP, VSR)
- You review and approve specific qualification and validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ, Risk Assessment, Periodic validation review
- You ensure the correct application of the validation quality systems on the field and define improvement plan as required
- You support the production & technical services teams in the implementation of the validation activities
Requirements
- +8 year's experience in QA Validation within Pharma and specifically within vaccines.
- Experience in project management
- Fluent in English and in French
- Existing right to work in Europe is required
