About the Client
Our client is a giant in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, a global player with a strong presence in Switzerland. Their state-of-the-arts facility in the Aargau canton offers services such as process development, clinical trial material production, and large-scale manufacturing for several important clients in the sector. They forter an international, fast-paced culture, and are looking for someone to join their QC team.

Job Description
In this role, you'll support quality control operations by handling various sampling tasks and helping manage the flow of samples through the lab. This includes collecting samples from different sources, organizing and tracking them, and ensuring everything is documented properly. You'll also assist with routine lab upkeep and help coordinate shipments when needed. The position requires attention to detail, a good understanding of compliance standards, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sampling activities for materials, environments, and utilities.
  • Organize, label, and track samples throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support daily lab operations, including basic maintenance and cleanup.
  • Help with preparing and sending samples to external partners.
  • Keep accurate records and follow quality and safety guidelines.
  • Look for ways to improve how sampling and related tasks are done.


Requirements

  • German fluency is a must
  • 2+ years industry experience
  • GMP or laboratory experience is an advantage
  • Apprenticeship, traineeship, or BSc in the pharmaceutical or food sector.
  • Ability to work independently in accordance with internal procedures and documentation.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and team spirit
  • Highly accurate and reliable.
