Description


Our client is the leading provider of order communications software and laboratory information management in the UK and Europe. Headquartered in England and with local offices in six European countries, they employ a whole team of talented people, each of whom is outstanding in their field.

As the company has a high standard of quality, the QARA team is responsible to implement and maintain the applicable standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001) for our business, across several offices and operating countries.

Therefore they are looking for a detail-oriented QA specialist to assist the QARA team in the daily activities, for all company locations and with a focus to Germany & Switzerland. The QA specialist's responsibilities include implementing, developing and maintaining procedures, conducting internal audits, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

To be successful as a QA specialist you should be a team player, incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management in the implementation of the QM system (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485)
  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
  • Maintaining, Monitoring and reporting of the QM system. (e.g. Management review, document and record management, supplier management, etc)
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating reports.
  • Perform and host internal and external audits
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Making recommendations for improvement.
  • Training colleagues of QM (recurrent)
  • Cooperate with different teams located over all company locations.
  • Travel to Belgium/Germany can be requested

Profile

  • Higher education Certificate

· Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written skills. Knowledge of German is a plus.

· Young potential eager to gain knowledge and experience in QA or previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.

  • Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 or ISO 13485) is a plus
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team Player
  • Able to work independently and goal-oriented
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
