Production Technician | Warrington
Function Description
For a leading life sciences company in Warrington, we are looking for a Production Technician to support manufacturing activities in a clean production environment. You will be responsible for product assembly, packaging, labeling, quality checks, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare packaging materials including boxes, inserts, and labels.
- Print, verify, and apply product labels accurately.
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections.
- Clean and sanitize laboratory and production equipment.
- Support equipment calibration and maintain calibration records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train colleagues on specific processes when required.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or laboratory environment is an advantage.
- Experience in a cleanroom or regulated environment is a plus.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Team player with a flexible attitude.
