Our client, a global product leader in delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the vehicle market, is urgently seeking an experienced Software Developer with Motor Control experience to join their team. This role will involve occasional visits to Germany but the majority of the work can be undertaken remotely.
The client is looking for a candidate with the following:
C/C++ programming "Motor Control SW" (PMSM, FOC)
SW development (real-time drive control) for high-speed electric drives (FOC, PMSM motors)
Knowledge of ISO26262, FUSI advantageous
Knowledge in model-based SW development with Matlab/Simulink
Knowledge in the use of microcontrollers in real-time systems - STMicro MC's ( might be moving to Infineon MC's in future but not relevant for the current role)
Experience with real-time systems and HiL/SiL advantageous
