Job Description
Our client are looking for an individual that holds a PhD, Masters, or equivalent research experience in the development of generative language modeling, with desired focus on multi-agent systems, to build complex agentic systems and facilitate their orchestration towards user or business objectives. The objective is to create a platform for agentic systems capable of automatically understanding, learning, and assisting users through the use of a range of tools and/or other agents.
Responsibilities
- To develop, evaluate, and improve language model algorithms to successfully and accurately complete tasks relating to user or business objectives.
- To create deep learning models & train complex networks using PyTorch or equivalent framework.
- To develop multi agent systems that collaborate and orchestrate to achieve goals quickly, accurately, and safely.
- To evaluate the success of language models and multi-agent network performance.
Requirements
- Self-motivated scientist/PhD graduate, with a passion for AI related projects on agentic systems, data science, and natural language processing.
- Holds a PhD/Masters in a relevant field of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, data science, etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with RAG methods and various language model memory methods.
- Prior experience in working with deep learning projects, LLM based applications (eg. conversational agents), agentic systems, and data mining/analysis.
Specific Requirements
- Excellent experience, knowledge, and skills in AI models for speech recognition, machine learning and data science (time series analysis)
- Excellent experience, knowledge, and hands-on skills in programming languages, particularly Python and C++.
- Experienced in Langchain, LangGraph, Azure, Git, Docker, SQL, PyTorch, Gradio.
Contract Information
- Start Date - 9th June
- Lenght of Assignment - 12 months (but could be 3 years)
- Location - Onsite 1-2 days per week in client's location (North of Brussels)
