We are looking for a team leader for an innovative company that works on cell culture and therapy. You will guide a team in their cell culture work and provide coaching and training where needed, to ensure the cell therapies can be produced continuously.
Job Description
You are responsible for planning and supervising a team of cell culture manufacturing specialists in a commercial pharmaceutical environment. Experience with cell culture is a huge plus, but the main focus is people management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach and guide a team of around 10FTE
- Build a team, ensure performance during the production
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure that the lab work can be performed and any issues can be resolved
- Generate SOPs, write deviations and change controls
- Work on validation and process improvement with your multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications
- HBO, Master or PhD with people management experience
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a big plus
- Cell culture experience is highly desired
- GMP knowledge is a big plus
- Experience with leading and guiding a team must be demonstrable
Practical information and Benefits
- Full-time position, on-site work
- Salary indication: €5000-5500 per month + shift allowance
- Two shift system + weekends
- Start with an Oxford Contract, long-term position
