Oxford's client is seeking an ADAS Calibration Engineer to join them on a 12 month contract- mainly onsite in Turin, Italy.
Tasks:
You will develop and apply model-based algorithms for vehicle control for use in driver assistance systems (Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Centering, Traffic Jam Assist, AEB, etc.).
You will carry out test drives on site and at the customer and apply the software in cooperation with the customer.
You take care of Integration, parameterization and testing of the software in the simulation and in the vehicle.
You conduct software development processes like ISO26262 and A-Spice.
You document the algorithms and support application team.
Profile:
Successfully Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or comparable qualification
Experience in the field of model-based development with Matlab Simulink and targetlink as well as good knowledge of the programming language C
Experience with Canalyzer/Canape Vector tool
Driving license - several years of driving experience
Ideally experience in ADAS Systems, especially Longitudinal and Lateral Functions
Knowledge or experience in the field of vehicle dynamics and driver assistance systems is an advantage
Very good communication skills: english; explain complex topics efficiently; communicate proactively
