Job description:
You will will be responsible for supporting the QC team and act as project lead for the QC analyses for client project .You will be responsible for executing supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards of the QC analysis (e.g. Elisa, HPLC, UPLC, CE)
Lead customer work plans in the laboratory and coordinate with Quality Control technicians.
Investigate deviations and OOS results, ensuring high-quality documentation and resolution.
Assist in developing new testing methodologies and implement improvements.
Maintain compliance with EH&S and GLP standards while improving quality control procedures.
Act as a technical expert for assigned assays, equipment, and laboratory processes.
Train and support new team members in Quality Control operations.
Participate in audits and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
min. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a cGMP environment.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, assay development, and laboratory procedures.
Experience in deviation management, OOS investigations, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work independently, organize workload efficiently, and lead QC activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
