We are looking for a Process Engineer or Scientist to work on Downstream Processes. You develop and improve existing processes and perform tech transfers from client and to the manufacturing team.
Job description
You work in a modern biotech firm that produces bio pharmaceuticals for clients. You are in a key role in the process development group. Together with a small team of technicians and scientists, you transfer DSP-processes from the client to production. In many cases, this requires significant troubleshooting or full method/process development. You still work hands-on in the lab to develop the methods on a small scale and spend a lot of time in the office too. You design and plan experiments, talk to clients for technical details, talk to other internal departments like USP and Analytics, and write reports and SOP's. Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (biochemistry, life sciences, biotech, etc)
- 5+ years of experience in DSP
- Process development experience
- GMP-Experience is a big plus
- Speaking Dutch is a plus
- (Unlimited) EU work permit
