Job Description

Our client requires a Project Manager to support and manage project scope, timelines, and risks across their New Product Introductions. The successful candidate ensures supply chain readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective integration of acquired or transferred products while operating within a highly regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment on project goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Ensure capacity planning and risk mitigation
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other structured problem-solving tools to improve processes and resolve issues.
  • Promote best practices in project execution, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Develop and execute mitigation plans to protect timelines, cost, quality, and compliance
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to leadership and stakeholders.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management or program leadership experience, preferably within medical devices or other regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in NPI, product development, or operations-focused projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Microsoft 365.
  • Working knowledge of regulated product development, supply chain processes, and quality systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
