Exciting Opportunity: Procurement Analyst in the Pharma Sector

Job Description: We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a Procurement Analyst in the pharmaceutical sector. Our client a top leading pharmaceutical company is currently living an expanding moment with a new facility and Oxford is hiring dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to the analytical aspects of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize data related to procurement activities, conducting Pareto analysis, country-specific expenditure, and indirect purchases.
  • Leverage advanced Excel tools to manipulate and analyze extensive datasets.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement team on various projects, from managing participation in trade fairs to supporting supplier negotiations.
  • Utilize SAP's Business Intelligence (BI) software to extract relevant information and generate meaningful insights.
  • Review commercial aspects of contracts, including payment terms, insurance, and user-defined KPIs, while harmonizing the contract library.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations on specific topics.
  • Provide occasional assistance on tenders when the team requires support.
  • Standardize taxonomies in SharePoint folders for indirect purchases and documents such as tender matrices and justification of awards.

Requirements:

  • Procurement Engineer background (not mandatory).
  • Experience in analytical tasks, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Proficiency in SAP's Business Intelligence (BI) software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and analytical abilities.
  • Availability for remote work 10 days a month.
  • Flexible working hours, with entry between 7:30 and 9:30 AM, and Friday exit at 3:30 PM.
