Are you into organizing, coordinating, communicating, multi-tasking ? Then this opportunity may be just what you're looking for. Our global client is looking for an office/event manager for their office in Zaventem.

In this role you will :

  • Take care of the very practical aspects of office management
  • Interact with other departments such as reception, facilities, … to ensure all runs smoothly.
  • Support in onboarding new starters
  • Support / organise local initiatives and events, both in the office and on location (occasional travel may occur)
  • Make presentations
  • Support senior leaders with flight, hotel reservations, travel administration (expenses, …)
  • Support with invoices, payments, contracts, …
  • Make hotel and transportation arrangements, organise social activities, …


Requirements :

  • A first experience in a similar role.
  • A hands-on mentality, proactive attitude and eye for detail.
  • A talented multi-tasker, efficient and solution oriented
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Service minded
  • Skilled user of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Fluent in English French or Dutch is an asset
  • Flexible, take things in hand and be able to adapt to business needs
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment
