Junior Payroll Data Administrator - Schiphol Office, Netherlands.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of payroll data between our temporary staff and our clients working through our Dutch Office.
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail given the amount of Data Flow Management associated with the role.
Strong systems knowledge is a strong plus given the various data sources utilised (such as Fieldglass).

The Role..


Payroll Processing and Data Management:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure that all external workers are accurately processed in the payroll system.
  • Data Entry: Input and manage payroll data for accurate processing.
  • Hour Approvals: Check and submit approved working hours in MyOxford, ensuring accuracy.
  • Salary Adjustments: Make necessary corrections and adjustments to salaries and invoices.
  • Rate Adjustments: Update pay and bill rates in internal systems due to indexing or changes in the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO).
  • Contract Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews of contract transitions after receiving files from payroll providers.
  • Payslip Distribution: Send out payslips to employees regularly.

Communication and Client Support:

  • Email Management: Respond to payroll-related emails from temporary workers and clients in Dutch/English.
  • Communication: Prepare and send emails to temporary workers regarding holiday payments, payroll processes, and other key updates.
  • Expense Approvals: Review and approve client expenses through various client portals.



Onboarding and Compliance:

  • Onboarding: Create and verify new starter assignments in internal payroll systems on a weekly basis.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure payroll processes comply with labor laws.

System Management and Support:

  • CRM Management: Ensure that all information in the CRM system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client System Transitions: Assist with client onboarding when transitioning to a new system.
  • Departmental Support: Provide backup support to colleagues from the financial and sales support departments during holiday periods.

Audit and Reporting:

  • Audit Support: Assist with payroll audits twice a year.
  • Accounts Receivable Support: Assist with accounts receivable collections and related queries.

Miscellaneous:
Ad Hoc Queries: Address and resolve non-standard payroll-related queries.
You…

  • Some experience working within a Payroll / HR type function, or similar, processing lots of data to allow for successful and accurate monthly pay runs.
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy within reports.
  • System knowledge - this role works with various client portals such as Fieldglass, and internal systems such MyOxford Portal, PeopleSoft, etc.
    Experience with some of these is nice to have, but someone who has demonstrated experience of learning new systems will suffice.
  • Fluency (written & spoken) in Dutch & English. German language skills would be advantageous.
  • Team player with enthusiastic & energetic mindset.
  • A knowledge of Dutch HR & Payroll legislation is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience working with Third Party Payroll vendors is nice to have.
