Are you a highly motivated and experienced Environmental, Sustainability & Health & Safety (ES&HS) Specialist seeking a new opportunity. Don't hesitate and apply today! This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, implementing sustainability initiatives, and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, sustainability practices, and occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and ensure compliance with all environmental Health & Safety Regulations
-Develop and implement programs to minimize environmental impact, including waste reduction & pollution prevention.
-Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
-Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other sustainable practices.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability initiatives and engage employees in environmental stewardship.

Health & Safety:
-Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
-Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate workplace hazards.
-Provide training to employees on health and safety practices and procedures.
-Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Regulatory Compliance:
-Stay up-to-date on changes to environmental, sustainability, and health and safety regulations.
-Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies' requirements.
-Maintain records and documentation related to environmental permits, safety inspections, and training.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in environmental, sustainability, and health and safety roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics related to ES&HS performance.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Experience with ISO 14001 management systems is a plus.
-Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement sustainable practices within an organisation.
