Analytical Development Analyst

For an international pharmaceutical company in the Veldhoven area, we are looking for a Analyst Analytical Development. This position is ideal for a starter or junior professional who enjoys hands-on laboratory work and wants to gain experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role is temporary and focuses on practical analytical work within the Analytical Development team.

Job description
Our client is a specialised pharmaceutical organisation with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and compliance. You will work within a small and experienced Analytical Development team, supporting development activities with hands-on analytical testing, mainly related to stability studies.
The role is comparable to a QC laboratory position, but performed within a development setting. Depending on your background and experience, tasks will be aligned to your strengths. A structured training programme is available, ensuring a solid onboarding and support from the team.
In addition to laboratory work, you will be responsible for accurate GMP documentation and participate in meetings with CMC leads and other cross-functional teams. English is the main working language.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on analytical testing within a GMP environment
  • Support stability studies and analytical development activities
  • Work with techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer and FT-IR
  • Accurately document and report results in accordance with GMP guidelines
  • Participate in project meetings with CMC and other stakeholders
  • Follow SOPs, quality standards and safety regulations

Profile

  • MLO4, HLO, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related field
  • Experience in a GMP environment is preferred
  • Starters are welcome if relevant internship or traineeship experience is available in a Pharmaceutical environment
  • Hands-on, practical mindset
  • Accurate and well-organised in documentation and reporting
  • Good communication skills
  • Language: English required


Employment conditions

  • Contract: Temporary for 6 months through Oxford Global Resources
  • Full-time or minimum 32 hours per week
  • Salary indication: up to €3,500 gross per month (based on experience, full-time)
