Our client a leading biotechnology company specializing in genomic services, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join the commercial team. We are looking for a an individual passionate about genomics, and client relationships.
Job description
As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored genomic solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for business expansion services to existing clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, scientific, and project management, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Developing strategic account plans and participating in negotiations to meet sales targets.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (biology, biotechnology, life sciences, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in sales or account management within the life sciences, genomics, or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of genomic technologies and their applications is a pre
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch language is a plus.
Conditions of employment
Contract: direct 1 year contract within company
Salarisindicatie: €3500 till € 4700 per month
Werktijden: Fulltime, part time (min 32h) can be discussed
